DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
We are proud to announce that Shekinah Graphics now accepts major credit cards as well as checks or postal money orders made payable to Shekinah Graphics.




HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping and Handling charges are determined by weight and destination of package. Once your order is placed we will contact you with the correct S&H charges. We ship United States Postal Service Priority and Express Mail. Please specify which method you prefer.

CAN I PICK UP AN ORDER?
Occasionally someone who lives in or will be travelling to our area wants to save on shipping and pick up an order. We don’t have a showroom, but we can usually work this out. Please contact us directly for details.

WILL I GET MY PHOTOS BACK IF I MAIL THEM TO YOU?
Yes. Your photo will be scanned and returned unharmed with your completed order. Photos can also be sent on a CD, ZIP, or a flash drive. If your photo contains more than one person, please indicate the intended subject. If you are submitting a professional photo, please include the photographer’s release giving us permission to reprint the image.

WHAT SIZE PHOTO DO YOU ACCEPT?
We can use any size photo from wallet size to 8 x 10. Please do not send anything smaller than wallet or larger than 8 x 10.

CAN YOU SCAN LOGOS/PHOTOS OR CAN I SEND THEM ELECTRONICALLY?
Yes, however it is very important that the photos be saved at 300 dpi (or more) in a JPG, TIF, BMP, PSD, PDF or GIF file format. Clear, bright, and sharp photos will give the best results. Make sure your subjects are well centered and relatively close-up. When sending a photo of a couple, it is important that their heads be close together in the picture.

I CAN’T DECIDE WHICH PHOTO WOULD BE BEST FOR THE FAVOR. CAN I SEND YOU MORE THAN ONE PHOTO AND LEAVE THE CHOICE TO YOU?
If you are undecided as to which photo would work best in the favor you have chosen, you are welcome to send us more than one photo; but please indicate that you are leaving the choice up to us.

CAN I USE MY CHILD’S FAVORITE CARTOON CHARACTER?
No. We do not reproduce licensed items. Cartoons characters and other similar pictures are owned by the companies that created them. Certain businesses pay a licensing fee for the right to reproduce their images. But since we are not licensed to print these things, we must turn down those requests.

CAN I SEE MY CUSTOM DESIGN FOR A FINAL APPROVAL?
Yes, we will fax or e-mail a graphic design for you to approve, if time permits, it can be sent through the mail also.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
From the time we receive your order, photos and your payment has cleared please allow two (2) weeks plus shipping time. Keep this in mind and try to plan ahead.
